Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/8 cup coconut flour
  • 1/8 cup coconut sugar (or more if you like sweeter cookies)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (liquid)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line or grease your baking sheet.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place cookies (~1 tbsp of dough) on sheet. The cookies don’t spread much, so pat down the balls of dough with your hand to desired width. Bake 8-11 minutes and enjoy 😊
