Everything Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients
  

Bagels
Toppings (per bagel)
  • 2 tbsp Dairy-free cream cheese (Kite Hill is bombbb)
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 4 slices zucchini
  • 1/4 avocado

Method
 

  1. Prepare bread recipe as detailed. Pour dough into silicone bagel baking molds (a donut pan would also work). Top liberally with Everything But The seasoning. Bake for 20-ish minutes or until bagels are golden brown.
  2. Once cooled, slice bagels and top with cream cheese, zucchini, sprouts, and avocado, and enjoy :)
